读过《三字经》的人,无不知晓“养不教,父之过”这一千古传诵的警句。改革开放之后,有的地方出现了《新编三字经》,将其中的“养不教,父之过”改为“养不教,亲之过”。这一改动就更为贴切了,因为教育孩子,不光是做父亲的责任,孩子的母亲以及其他监护人都有这个义务和责任。但是,在过去法制不健全的情况下,“父之过”也好,“亲之过”也罢,都只能是一句空话,充其量不过是一句人们的口头禅,或者作为一种道德谴责的时髦用语而
