重喜庆是中国人的一大特点,而四川人重喜庆更有独特之处,那就是常用筵宴的方式加以表达。人的一生,有许多重要阶段值得人们纪念与庆贺;春夏秋冬,一年劳作,其间也有可以带给人欢乐的时令佳节;人需要情感,亲情友情可以给人精神慰藉。对于这些可喜可庆之事,川人常常举办各种形式的筵宴,或开怀畅饮,或浅斟低酌,形成了极富情趣的四川饮食习俗,同时也丰富了四川饮食文化。
Re-celebrating is a major feature of Chinese people, and Sichuan people festivals more unique, it is often used feast to express. There are many important stages in a man’s life that are worth commemorating and celebrating. Spring, summer, autumn and winter are year-long working hours, and there are also seasonal festivals that can bring joy to others. People need emotions and affection and friendship can give people spiritual comfort. For these gratifying celebrations, the Sichuan people often hold various forms of feast, or drink, or lightly drink, formed a very interesting Sichuan food customs, but also enriched Sichuan food culture.
