竹丝端面图像采集系统主要结构,分别由定心结构、档板升降结构和相机图像采集软件组成。文章以竹丝坯料为研究对象,通过夹持装置夹持竹丝一端插入定心结构后夹持固定,由档板升降结构限位,通过操控相机对竹丝端面图像采集。经过数次试验结果对比分析后,确定系统的光圈和亮度参数,该系统能够满足后续图像分割与计数的要求。
The main structure of bamboo filament image acquisition system consists of centering structure, baffle lifting structure and camera image acquisition software. In this paper, the bamboo wire blank is taken as the research object. One end of the bamboo wire is clamped by the clamping device and the other is inserted and fixed in the centering structure. The limit structure of the lifting plate is used to capture the bamboo wire end image by manipulating the camera. After comparative analysis of several test results, the system determines the aperture and brightness parameters, the system can meet the requirements of subsequent image segmentation and counting.
