患者,女,31岁。反复周期性咯血2年。均系少量咯血,色鲜红,无痰液,每次约10余口。咯血与月经周期密切相关。即月经来潮时咯血,月经停止咯血亦停止。咯血后经量较前减少。除月经来潮前稍感胸闷外,余无其他不适。咯血间歇期无咳嗽、咯痰。既往健康。无慢性支气管炎,肺胸疾患。月经史:月经初潮18岁,周期约26～28d,经期2～3d。21岁结婚孕_4产_2人工流产_2。末次人工流产于2年前。查体:胸部无畸形。双肺呼吸音清,
