本文介绍石墨炉原子吸收测定花粉中痕量铅和镉的灵敏而准确的方法。由于花粉基体比较复杂,而铅、镉又是低熔点易挥发元素,因此灰化温度低,基体影响显著。但分别采用H_3PO_4、(NH_4)_2SO_4作为基体改进剂即可提高灰化温度,减小基体影响,改善测定的精确度。方法回收率为93—108%,变异系数为5—11%,特征灵敏度分别为7.0,0.63pg。本法适用于较复杂基体的生物样品中痕
This article presents a sensitive and accurate method for the determination of trace amounts of lead and cadmium in pollen by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. As the pollen matrix is more complex, while lead and cadmium are low melting point volatile elements, so the ash temperature is low, the substrate significant impact. However, the use of H_3PO_4 and (NH_4) _2SO_4 as matrix modifiers can increase the ashing temperature, reduce the influence of matrix and improve the accuracy of determination.
