利用现场一套填料脱水实验装置进行实验，测定其出水出油质量在不同流量和填料厚度下的变化规律。结果表明，在脱水器中放置填料比空罐大大提高了处理能力和处理效果。
The experiment was carried out by using a set of on-site packing dewatering experimental apparatus to determine the variation of the quality of the oil produced and discharged at different flow rates and packing thicknesses. The results showed that placing the packing in the dewatering unit significantly increased the processing capacity and processing efficiency compared to the empty tank.
