本文提出一种测定染发剂中铅含量的分析方法——线性扫描吸附溶出伏安法。经典极谱分析方法灵敏度仅为10~(-5)M,对于测定含量低的物质难以胜任。为了提高方法的灵敏度,我们采用了吸附预富集,然后再进行线性扫描溶出的方法。根据所得电流——电位曲线,测定被测物质的含量。该方法对最佳富集时间、富集电位及扫描速度进行了选择。我们用此法对市售的几种染发剂中的铅进行了测试,试样回收率最大为105%。
This paper presents a method for the determination of lead in hair dye analysis - linear sweep adsorption stripping voltammetry. The sensitivity of classical polarographic analysis is only 10 ~ (-5) M, which is not suitable for the determination of low-content substances. In order to increase the sensitivity of the method, we used a method of adsorption preconcentration followed by linear sweep stripping. According to the resulting current-potential curve, the content of the substance to be tested is determined. The method of choice for the optimal enrichment time, enrichment potential and scanning speed. We used this method to test lead in several hair dyes on the market, and the maximum sample recovery was 105%.
