决定不同谱项能序的主要能项是原子核对电子的吸引能。与电子互斥能不同,核吸引能在较低能量的谱项中数值总是较大的。因此把电子互斥能当作决定谱项能序主导因素的传统解释是不正确的,其错误在于它所依据的一级微扰理论计算结果不满足维里定理。
The main energy that determines the energy order of different spectral items is the attraction energy of electrons to the nucleus. Unlike the mutual excitability of electrons, nuclear attraction can always be larger in lower energy spectral terms. Therefore, it is incorrect to regard the electronic mutex as the traditional explanation for the dominant factor in the spectral ordering, which is based on the fact that the first-order perturbation theoretical calculation based on it does not satisfy the Villi theorem.
