钼精矿氧化焙烧脱硫的研究

在八层焙烧炉内采取同一焙烧制度,辽宁钼精矿脱硫合格率高于陕西钼精矿。本文从理论和实验两方面研究其原因,并对陕西矿的焙烧工艺采取降温措施防止过热而产生烧结,使其脱硫合格率达到与辽宁矿相同的标准。 In the eight roasting furnace to take the same roasting system, Liaoning Molybdenum concentrate desulfurization pass rate higher than the molybdenum concentrate in Shaanxi. In this paper, the reasons are studied both theoretically and experimentally, and cooling measures are taken for the roasting process of Shaanxi Mine to prevent overheating and produce sintering, so that the pass rate of desulfurization meets the same standards as Liaoning Mine.
