摘要目的比较CT与MRI在评估左心室(LV)整体及局部功能的诊断准确性。方法对MEDLINE、EMBASE和ISI Web of Science进行回顾性综述,评价内容包括:射血分数(EF)、舒张末期容积(EDV)、收缩末期容积(ESV)、每搏输出量(SV)和左室质量(LVM)。使用Bland-Altman一致性界限值(Lo A)分析模态之间的差异。采用Egger’s回归检验测量文献偏倚,Cochran’s Q检验和Higgins I2统计评价非均匀性。在非均匀性存在的情况下,运用Der Simonian-Laird方法估计非均匀性方差。结果 53项研究中共1 814例病人纳入本
Abstract Objective To compare the diagnostic accuracy of CT and MRI in the assessment of global and regional left ventricular (LV) function. Methods The MEDLINE, EMBASE and ISI Web of Science were retrospectively reviewed. The evaluation included EF, EDV, ESV, SV and left ventricular Quality (LVM). Differences between modalities were analyzed using the Bland-Altman concordance limit (Lo A). Egger’s regression test was used to measure literature bias, Cochran’s Q test and Higgins I2 statistics to evaluate non-uniformity. In the presence of non-uniformity, the Der Simonian-Laird method is used to estimate the inhomogeneity variance. Results A total of 1 814 patients in 53 studies were included in this study
