目的:探讨实时三维超声在心血管疾病患者中的应用。方法:选择心血管疾病患者100例(心血管疾病组),同时选取正常人100名(男45名,女55名)(正常组),年龄30~78(57.3±14.1)岁,心血管疾病组和正常组均完成RF-3DE检查和二维超声心动图检查。结果:心血管疾病组RF-3DE检查的EDV、ESV均明显高于正常组,LVEF明显低于正常组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:二维超声心动图与RF-3DE比较,低估了左室收缩末期容积及舒张末期容积。
Objective: To explore the application of real-time three-dimensional ultrasound in patients with cardiovascular diseases. Methods: One hundred patients with cardiovascular disease (cardiovascular disease group) were selected. One hundred normal subjects (45 males and 55 females) (normal group), aged 30-78 (57.3 ± 14.1) years, cardiovascular disease Both RF-3DE and two-dimensional echocardiography were performed in both groups and in the normal group. Results: The EDV and ESV of RF-3DE in cardiovascular disease group were significantly higher than those in normal group and LVEF was significantly lower than that in normal group (P <0.05). Conclusions: Two-dimensional echocardiography underestimated LV end-systolic volume and end-diastolic volume compared with RF-3DE.
