两钵体处环境温度的不同步变化,即温差变化是水管倾斜仪的重要干扰源之一。本文计算了具有浮子——横臂结构的 WSQ—1型自记水管倾斜仪因温差变化引起的输出漂移。计算表明,水比重随温度升高而减小是温差漂移的主要原因,它同时引起该钵体中水位升高及浮子在水中的下沉。适当选择钵体材料及尺寸,严格控制钵体内的水位高度,可以得到温差补偿。文中给出了温差补偿条件并讨论了钵体结构及环境温度对补偿条件的影响。
Two bowl body temperature changes at different places, that temperature changes is one of the main sources of interference pipe tilt. In this paper, the output drift of WSQ-1 self-recorded water pipe inclinometer with float-cross arm structure caused by temperature difference is calculated. The calculation shows that the decrease of water specific gravity with temperature increases is the main reason for the temperature drift. It also causes the water level in the bowl to rise and the float to sink in the water. Appropriate choice of bowl material and size, strict control of the height of the water level in the bowl, you can get the temperature compensation. The temperature compensation conditions are given and the influence of the structure of the bowl and the ambient temperature on the compensation conditions is discussed.
