磁流变液体 (MRF)是最有发展前途的智能材料之一 ,它可以看成电流变液体 (ERF)的磁模拟。MRF和ERF都具有磁流变性质 ,可以一瞬间改变其流变性质 ,并且这个变化是可逆的 ,不需要温度变化。因此MRF和ERF都具有良好的可控性和电控机械能力 ,并且在某些重要的实际性能上MRF要强于ERF。研制了气 MR阻尼缸 ,对气缸的行程和速度实现了任意连续无级控制和精确调节 ,便于实现自动化 ,提高运动的平稳性和精度。介绍了磁流变 (Magnetorheology ,MR)液体的流变性质、数学模型、工作特点、应用前景 ,以及自行设计的气 MR阻尼缸的工作原理和特性
Magnetorheological fluid (MRF) is one of the most promising smart materials, which can be regarded as magnetic simulation of electrorheological fluid (ERF). Both MRF and ERF have magnetorheological properties that change their rheological properties in an instant, and this change is reversible and does not require temperature changes. Therefore, both MRF and ERF have good controllability and electronically controlled mechanical capability, and MRF is stronger than ERF in some important practical properties. Developed a gas MR damping cylinder, the cylinder stroke and speed to achieve any continuous stepless control and precise adjustment, easy to automate, improve the movement of the smoothness and accuracy. The rheological properties of Magnetorheology (MR) fluids, their mathematical models, working characteristics, application prospects and working principle and characteristics of their own designed gas MR dampers are introduced
