企业绩效管理是保证企业发展战略得以有效执行的重要保障,是我们当前加强企业人力资源管理的重要管理方式。要想使得企业的绩效管理体系能够有效的实施,就必须要构建强有力的激励机制。基于此,笔者就我国企业绩效激励机制的构建问题展开论述。文章首先论述了构建企业绩效激励机制的必要性,继而分析了我国当前企业绩效激励机制建设中存在的问题,然后提出了构建企业绩效激励机制的对策措施,最后提出了绩效激励机制的未来发展前景,以期能够对我国当前企业的绩效激励机制的构建工作提供一点可借鉴之处。
Enterprise performance management is an important guarantee to ensure the effective implementation of an enterprise’s development strategy. It is also an important management method for us to strengthen human resources management in an enterprise at present. To make the enterprise’s performance management system can be effectively implemented, we must build a strong incentive mechanism. Based on this, the author discusses the construction of China’s enterprise performance incentive mechanism. The article first discusses the necessity of constructing enterprise performance incentive mechanism, and then analyzes the existing problems in the current enterprise performance incentive mechanism in our country. Then it puts forward the countermeasures to construct the enterprise performance incentive mechanism, and finally puts forward the future development prospect of the performance incentive mechanism , In order to be able to provide some reference to the construction of the performance incentive mechanism of the current enterprises in our country.
