本文从辅导员的职业特性和从业现状等方面阐述建立科学高效的考核激励机制的必要性和重要意义,并针对当前高职辅导员考核激励机制中普遍存在的问题提出了解决办法。
This article elaborates the necessity and importance of establishing a scientific and efficient examination and incentive mechanism from the aspects of occupational characteristics and employment status of counselors, and puts forward solutions to the prevailing problems in the current examination and incentive mechanism of counselors in higher vocational colleges.
