目的:为了制订肾康胶囊(炙附子、菟丝子、淫羊藿、杜仲、黄芪、党参、白术、山药、商陆、大腹皮、猪苓、丹参、红花、金银花、蒲公英、紫苏叶、生大黄)质量标准,控制肾康胶囊质量。方法:采用薄层层析对处方中红花、淫羊藿、菟丝子、大黄、黄芪、蒲公英、山药、白术、紫苏定性鉴别,用高效液相法对测定了肾康胶囊中丹参酮ⅡA含量。结果:薄层鉴别方法专属性强;含量测定丹参酮ⅡA在0.015-0.0756μg范围线性关系良好,回收率98.26%,RSD为2.93%。结论:本质量标准可有效控制肾康胶囊质量。
Objective: In order to formulate the prescription of Shenkang Capsule (Aconite, Dodder, Epimedium, Eucommiae, Radix Astragali, Codonopsis, Atractylodes, Yam, Pokeweed, Ophiopogon japonicus, Salvia miltiorrhiza, safflower, honeysuckle, dandelion, Health rhubarb) quality standards to control the quality of Shen Kang capsules. Methods: The contents of tanshinone ⅡA in Shenkang Capsule were determined by thin layer chromatography (TLC). The contents of safflower, epimedium, dodder, rhubarb, astragalus, dandelion, yam, Results: The identification method of TLC was specific and specific. The content of tanshinone ⅡA was linear in the range of 0.015-0.0756μg with the recovery of 98.26% and RSD of 2.93%. Conclusion: The quality standards can effectively control the quality of Shenkang Capsules.
