本文调查39个医疗部门中体温表消毒情况,发现有76.92%部门消毒用的过氧乙酸(下称PAA)浓度低于1‰(平均0.676‰)。这样低浓度作用30分钟尚能杀灭一般细菌和病毒,但不足以完全破坏乙型肝炎表面抗原(下称HBsAg)的抗原性。调查结果认为,PAA消毒液浓度偏低的原因,主要是库存PAA原液浓度低于标准,配制方法不正确和未能定期测定原液浓度所致。据此提出了改进建议。调查发现体温表经PAA消毒后,在盛放清水的杯子内洗去PAA气味,反会使体温表重受污染,建议改为流动清水冲洗为宜。
This article investigated 39 medical departments in the thermometer disinfection, found that 76.92% of the department of disinfection with peracetic acid (hereinafter referred to as PAA) concentration of less than 1 ‰ (average 0.676 ‰). Such a low concentration of 30 minutes can kill common bacteria and viruses, but not enough to completely destroy the hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) antigenicity. The survey found that PAA disinfectant concentration is low, mainly due to stock PAA stock solution concentration is lower than the standard, the preparation method is not correct and failed to regularly determine the concentration of the stock solution. Based on this, suggestions for improvement are put forward.
