选取3个对尖孢镰刀菌4号生理小种有不同抗性的香蕉品种:巴西蕉、大蕉、皇帝蕉,以其病叶、病根、正常叶、正常根为材料,利用qPCR技术对3个植物保守miRNA进行差异表达研究。研究表明3个miRNA表达特性各不相同,其中miRNA159a在抗病品种大蕉叶片中表达量显著高于其他品种和组织部位,同时在巴西蕉和皇帝蕉的病株及正常株中表达量较低,且无差异。miRNA165a和miRNA399a在大蕉叶片和根部均有表达,同时在皇帝蕉中相对于正常植株,病叶和病根中相对表达量较高。推测这些miRNA可能在香蕉植株中,响应FOC4侵染诱导表达,同时表现出明显的品种特异性和组织特异性。
