我院采运系教师与铁力林业局组成以工人为主体的三结合技术革新小组,试制了长距离高坡多曲线台车上山,经过反复试验已基本成功。通过生产实际运用,运转良好,它不受线路曲线限制,可长距离放车,缩短集材距离,为摘“山帽”创造了有利条件。试验结果如下: 双卷筒多槽放车机,放一车载量25立方米的原条,可在350‰的坡道上自由停车。放车距离与坡度、载量、导索设备的润滑状态、线路路基的坚硬强度、线路中各相临坡度的衔接等均有很大关系。按行车速度为3.5公里/小时计算,分析为以下三种情况:1)重车行至最小坡度为90‰,同时空车进入最大上
