目的对一种复方含氯消毒剂的实验室杀菌效果与稳定性进行评价。方法参照《消毒技术规范》(2002年版)中悬液定量杀菌试验方法进行。结果以含有效氯3 000mg/L溶液作用45min或2 000mg/L溶液作用60min,对悬液中枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞平均杀灭对数值均>5.00;以含有效氯400mg/L溶液作用10min或300mg/L溶液作用20min对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌杀灭对数值均>5.00,将该消毒剂于54℃放置14d,有效氯含量下降率为7.16%。结论该消毒液具有良好的杀菌效果和稳定性。
Objective To evaluate the bactericidal effect and stability of a compound chlorine-containing disinfectant in laboratory. Method with reference to “Disinfection Technical Specification” (2002 version) suspension quantitative disinfection test method. Results The average kill logarithm of Bacillus subtilis var. Aureus was> 5.00 in the solution containing 3 000 mg / L of effective chlorine for 45 min or 2 000 mg / L for 60 min. The killing logarithm value of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli were both> 5.00 after treated with 300mg / L solution for 20min, and the disinfectant was stored at 54 ℃ for 14d. The effective chlorine content decreased by 7.16%. Conclusion The disinfectant has good bactericidal effect and stability.
