餐厅与博物馆,原本是看似毫无关联的两个符号,一个散发着人间烟火,煎炒烹炸,活色生香;一个投射出智慧的光芒,说古论今,包罗万象。它们能够产生交集吗?而当我们细细追究中华文化的源头,却发现“夫礼之初,始于饮食”。所谓礼之初始诸饮食,说明一切文化现象都发端于人类生存的最基本的物质生活,这正是中华民族顺应自然生态的创造。所以,餐厅和博物馆有交集,恰是最正常、合理不过的现象。饮食文化是中华传统文化的重要组成部分,是彰显国家软实力的要素之一。弘扬和传承中华优秀饮
