血液是医院在抢救危重缺血病人及重大手术病人必不可少的,随着现代医学技术的发展,各类重大手术的增多,对血液的需求量也越来越大,血源也越来越紧张,因此义务献血成了每一位公民应尽的义务。但作为医务人员,如何去珍惜每一点血,把有限的血源充分利用到抢救无限的生命中去,却往往不被人们所重视。我们利用“六西格玛”原理,对神经外科Ⅲ类以上手术病人的手术输血进行测量、分析、改进和控制,从而显著降低了手术用血量,节约了资源,减少了手术病人的费用,优化了流程。项目内容与方法本项目根据六西格玛的定义、测量、分析、改进、控制5个步骤,
Blood is indispensable for hospitals to rescue critically ill patients and major surgical patients. With the development of modern medical technology, the number of major surgeries has increased, the demand for blood has also increased, and the blood source has become more and more. Tension, so voluntary blood donation has become every citizen’s obligation. However, as medical personnel, how to cherish every bit of blood and make full use of limited blood sources to save an infinite life is often not valued by people. We use the “Six Sigma” principle to measure, analyze, improve, and control surgical blood transfusions for surgical patients with neurosurgery above class III. This significantly reduces the amount of blood used for surgery, saves resources, reduces the cost of surgery patients, and optimizes procedures. .
