目的检测卡氏肺孢子虫肺炎(PCP)大鼠血清中TNF-α、IL-8和sICAM-1水平。方法建立清洁级SD大鼠PCP动物模型,同时设正常对照组,检测血清中TNF-α、IL-8和sICAM-1含量,并观察肺脏病理学的变化。结果PCP模型组血清中TNF-α、IL-8和sICAM-1含量分别是(3.65±0.73)ng/mL、(0.65±0.12)ng/mL和(1247.39±288.57)pg/mL,正常对照组的含量分别是(0.70±0.21)ng/mL、(0.14±0.10)ng/mL和(261.40±53.21)pg/mL,并且PCP模型组肺组织炎症反应明显。结论卡氏肺孢子虫肺炎大鼠血清中TNF-α、IL-8和sICAM-1的含量均升高,并且肺组织炎症反应明显。
Objective To detect the serum level of TNF-α, IL-8 and sICAM-1 in Pneumocystis carinii pneumonia (PCP) rats. Methods Animal models of clean-grade SD rats were established. At the same time, normal control group was established. The levels of TNF-α, IL-8 and sICAM-1 in serum were detected and pathological changes of lung were observed. Results The levels of TNF-α, IL-8 and sICAM-1 in PCP model group were (3.65 ± 0.73) ng / mL, (0.65 ± 0.12) ng / mL and (1247.39 ± 288.57) pg / (0.70 ± 0.21) ng / mL, (0.14 ± 0.10) ng / mL and (261.40 ± 53.21) pg / mL, respectively. The inflammatory reaction in lung tissue of PCP model group was obvious. Conclusion The contents of TNF-α, IL-8 and sICAM-1 in sera of Pneumocystis carinii pneumonia rats were increased, and the inflammatory reaction in lung tissue was obvious.
