目的调查分析新疆贫困地区6~24月龄婴幼儿贫血状况,为贫困地区儿童营养改善试点项目的实施提供基础数据。方法采用hemocue 301型便携式血红蛋白仪测量新疆阿图什市、墨玉县、伽师县和疏勒县1 193名6~24月龄婴幼儿血红蛋白含量,对婴幼儿监护人进行一对一问卷调查。结果 2012年新疆贫困地区6~24月婴幼儿贫血患病率达58.51%,明显高于2005年全国农村儿童贫血患病率21.9%;阿图什市、疏勒县、伽师县和墨玉县6~24月龄婴幼儿贫血率分别为54.70%、55.00%、53.85%和70.61%,比2005年全国农村婴幼儿贫血率(21.9%)分别高出2.50、2.51、2.49和3.22倍;结论新疆不同文化程度监护人的婴幼儿,贫血患病率差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.78,P<0.05)。4个项目县(市)婴幼儿贫血状况非常严重,建议项目实施单位大力推广项目开展,保证营养包的有效服用率,同时增加辅食添加种类,提高膳食营养,对婴幼儿监护人尤其是针对文化程度较低者开展喂养知识咨询指导,提高家长的科学喂养技能。
Objective To investigate and analyze the anemia status of infants and young children aged 6 ~ 24 months in poverty-stricken areas in Xinjiang and provide the basic data for the implementation of the pilot project of children’s nutrition improvement in poor areas. Methods The hemoglobin content of 1 193 infants aged 6-24 months in Artush, Moyu County, Jiashi County and Shule County in Xinjiang Autonomous Region was measured by hemocue 301 Portable Hemoglobin Analyzer. One-on-one questionnaires were conducted among the guardians of infants and young children. Results The prevalence of anemia among infants and young children aged 6-24 months in Xinjiang was 58.51% in 2012, significantly higher than that of the rural children in China in 2005 (21.9%). In Atushi, Shule County, Jiashi County and Moyu The anemia rates of infants and young children aged 6-24 months were 54.70%, 55.00%, 53.85% and 70.61%, respectively, which were 2.50, 2.51, 2.49 and 3.22 times higher than that of the whole country in 2005 (21.9%).
