加温治疗(热疗)肿瘤已有百余年的历史。近十年来多用各种物理加温方法(电凝、射频、超短波、微波等)治疗肉瘤和黑色素瘤取得较肯定的疗效,并逐渐应用于各种实体瘤的治疗。国内及河南省以加温治疗各种肿瘤取得初步成绩,引起国内外的关注。热疗在目前已成为一种辅助治疗手段。更有意义的是,临床及实验研究已不囿于加温及测温等技术的改进,并开始深入探索加温治疗机制,它包括加温时血流变化,宿主的反应及机体的免疫防御等。这在许多文献及历次国际性加温治疗学术会议得到充分的反映。机制的研究有力
