为了研究国外基于柔性结构提出的长寿命路面设计指标是否适合我国半刚性基层结构的设计,本文采用BISAR3.0程序对我国典型半刚性基层结构和国外典型柔性结构进行了拉应力、拉应变和竖向压应变分析。结果显示,半刚性基层结构内应力、应变分布与柔性结构有较大的差异,故建议在我国半刚性基层长寿命路面设计时,应采取沥青层内最大拉应变、半刚性基层底最大拉应力、土基顶面压应变作为设计验算指标,且基顶压应变值应小于国外提出的200με。
In order to study whether the long-life pavement design index based on flexible structure in foreign countries is suitable for the design of semi-rigid base structure in China, this paper uses BISAR3.0 program to test the tensile stress, tensile strain and vertical structure of typical semi-rigid base structure in China and overseas typical flexible structures Compression Strain Analysis. The results show that the distribution of internal stress and strain in semi-rigid base structure is quite different from that of flexible structure. Therefore, it is suggested that the maximum tensile strain in asphalt layer and the maximum tensile stress in semi-rigid base should be adopted in the design of semi-rigid base long- , The top soil surface compressive strain as a design checking index, and the base top pressure strain value should be less than 200με proposed by foreign countries.
