研究了聚羧酸减水剂品种(丙烯酸系和马来酸系)对混凝土电通量、内部相对湿度以及失水率的影响,并通过压汞分析研究了减水剂对混凝土微观结构的影响。结果表明:掺有丙烯酸系减水剂的混凝土抵抗氯离子的渗透能力高于掺有马来酸系减水剂混凝土,其内部相对湿度降低速率高于马来酸系减水剂混凝土以及失水速率低于马来酸系减水剂混凝土。压汞分析结果表明掺有丙烯酸系减水剂混凝土微观结构较密实,孔隙率较低,孔径较小。
The effects of polycarboxylate superplasticizer (acrylic acid and maleic acid) on electric flux, internal relative humidity and water loss of concrete were studied. The effect of water reducer on the microstructure of concrete was also studied by mercury intrusion. . The results show that the permeability of concrete admixed with acrylic water-reducing agent is higher than that of concrete mixed with maleic water-reducing admixture. The reduction rate of internal relative humidity is higher than that of maleic water-reducing admixture concrete and water loss The rate is lower than the maleic superplasticizer concrete. The results of mercury intrusion analysis showed that the microstructures of concrete admixed with acrylic water-reducing admixture were more compact with lower porosity and smaller pore size.
