根据与法国三家公司的协议,瀑布沟工程赴法工作组(由我院蒋正超、钱兆礼、信继权和水利水电规划院朱建业等四人组成)于5月1日赴法,6月2日回国。工作组在法期间,与法国联合咨询组就坝基砂层液化可能性和工程处理方案、筑坝材料选择和覆盖层防渗结构形式等技术问题交换了意见。目前法方咨询意见推荐粘土直心墙土石坝,基础覆盖层防渗采用塑性混凝土防渗墙方案。并认为坝基中上游砂层不可能大面积发生液化,基本上可满足工程要求;而下游砂层则需要采取工程处理。
According to the agreement with the three French companies, the Pubugou Project Law Working Group (composed of four members including Jiang Zhengchao, Qian Zhaoli, Xinjiquan and Zhu Jianye of Water Conservancy and Hydropower Planning Institute) went to France on May 1 and June 2 Return to Japan. During its stay in France, the Working Group exchanged opinions with the French Joint Advisory Group on such technical issues as the possibility of liquefaction at the dam foundation and engineering treatment options, selection of dam materials and the formation of overburden anti-seepage structures. At present, the French side advises that clay straight-core earth-rock dam is recommended, and the basic cover seepage control adopts the plastic concrete seepage prevention wall plan. It is considered that it is impossible for large-area liquefaction to occur in the upper middle reaches of the dam foundation and basically meet the engineering requirements. However, the downstream sand layer needs to be subjected to engineering treatment.
