本文主要介绍HD—1型铬锆铜电极合金的制造工艺、应用范围和应用效果,并以取得最佳使用寿命为目标,研究了合金的最佳成份及各道制造工序的最佳工艺规范。由试验得出,最佳含量为Cr0.25~0.40%,Zr0.08~0.15%。经固溶处理950~970℃,1.5~2小时;冷变形率40~50%;时效处理450~500℃,2~3小时。合金主要性能可达到:导电率≥75%IACS;硬度HRb≥80,软化温度≥600℃。与目前国内较广泛应用的铬铝镁青铜、锆铜及银铬青铜等对比,使用寿命可提高3—10倍左右,焊接质量和生产效率也大大提高。
This article mainly introduces the manufacturing process, application range and application effect of HD-1 chromium-zirconium-copper electrode alloy, and aims at obtaining the best service life, and studies the best composition of the alloy and the best process specification of each manufacturing process. From the test, the best content of Cr0.25 ~ 0.40%, Zr0.08 ~ 0.15%. The solution treatment 950 ~ 970 ℃, 1.5 ~ 2 hours; cold deformation rate of 40 ~ 50%; aging treatment 450 ~ 500 ℃, 2 ~ 3 hours. The main properties of the alloy can be achieved: conductivity ≥ 75% IACS; hardness HRb ≥ 80, softening temperature ≥ 600 ℃. Compared with the currently widely used domestic chrome-aluminum-magnesium bronze, zirconium copper and silver-chrome bronze, the service life can be increased by about 3-10 times, and the welding quality and production efficiency are greatly improved.
