随着农电体制改革的进一步深入和农村电力资产的划拨,供电企业的经营风险不断加大,出现了一系列新情况、新问题,这对提高企业管理和服务水平提出了新的要求。无疑处于服务最前沿的乡镇供电所成为供电企业的形象代言人。为此,只有按照规范化管理的标准实行了严格的考核制度,全力地推进了规范化管理的进程。在实践的基础上,进一步完善了各项规章制度和考核内容,制订了考核细则,规范了考核程序,持之以恒地坚持对供电所的定期考核制度,积极探索,求实创新,才能逐步走出了一条基层供电所管理规范化之路。
