随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的建立,建筑施工的市场机制正在发展,建筑施工机械的管理也正在走出旧的模式,创造新的管理机制。 施工机械租赁的性质是通过设备的次商品化用经济制约的方式协调设备的产权所有者和使用者双方的供需矛盾,以追求设备的高效率和高效益。使设备管理工作由单纯的技术管理向技术管理与经济管理相结合的方向发展。 我国的机械租赁工作是从企业内部租赁制起步,逐渐向社会租赁制过渡,形成了内外两种租赁制相结合的方式。当前为使机械租赁制度日趋完善,应当注意解决好几个问题
