在煤矿钻井发展过程中,一些矿用精密仪器,诸如测斜仪、轨迹仪等精密仪器需求量越来越大,在仪器加工过程中,钻孔对整个仪器的精度影响很大,传统的仪器钻孔加工采用的是普通钻床,采用普通钻床进行加工导致的直接后果就是加工精度极低,这使得国内仪器的精度很差,而振动钻削的出现则解决了这一问题,但目前国内对该技术尚处于研究阶段,因此,设计了一种液压式振动钻削设备,加工完成后对其进行了试验,试验结果显示该设备可行。
