目前大跨径预应力混凝土T型梁在我国的应用相对较少,文章结合实际工程芝川河特大桥质量评定,对该桥主桥50m预应力混凝土T型梁进行了静荷载试验研究。论述了静载试验方法和具体实施过程,结合组合有限元理论分析,对测试结果进行了整理和分析。试验结果表明:该桥50mT型梁控制截面实测应变和挠度结果均比理论计算值小,表明结构工作性能良好,结构强度和刚度均满足设计和规范要求。
At present, the application of long-span prestressed concrete T-beams in China is relatively small. Based on the quality assessment of the actual project Zhichuan River Super-Large Bridge, the static load test on the 50 m prestressed concrete T-beams of the main bridge of the bridge was carried out. The static load test method and its concrete implementation process are discussed. Combined with the combined finite element analysis, the test results are sorted out and analyzed. The test results show that the measured strain and deflection of the control cross-section of the 50mT-type beam of the bridge are both less than the theoretical values, which shows that the structural performance is good and the structural strength and stiffness meet the design and specification requirements.
