基于Pro/E平台开发了钣金件毛坯展开快速仿真系统。系统完全集成于Pro/E环境中,避免数据转换带来的数据损失,实现了CAD和CAE系统的无缝集成。系统依据有限元逆算法,通过钣金产品形状快速反求毛坯形状以及预测板料成形过程中可能出现的起皱和破裂等缺陷。在产品设计阶段,为工艺设计人员提供了一种可靠的毛坯展开仿真工具。重点论述了系统设计,深入研究了在Pro/E平台上进行网格剖分、约束处理、工艺模型设置、材料库编辑和工程数据保存等关键技术。通过实例验证了系统的可行性和准确性。
Based on Pro / E platform, the rapid development of sheet metal blank rough simulation system was developed. The system is fully integrated in the Pro / E environment to avoid the data loss caused by data conversion and realize the seamless integration of CAD and CAE systems. Based on the finite element inverse algorithm, the system rapidly reverses the shape of the blank through the shape of the sheet metal product and predicts possible defects such as wrinkling and cracking during the forming of the sheet metal. During the product design phase, process designers are provided with a reliable tool for developing rough billets. This paper focuses on system design and deeply studies key technologies such as meshing, constraint processing, process model setting, material library editing and project data saving on Pro / E platform. The feasibility and accuracy of the system are verified by examples.
