“Back to cover the history of Mongolia” is a book written by the Tibetan Buddhist monks Sodom Loya Zenith with a history and autobiography of a double nature. It chronicles the various hiding tracks that the Mongol armies carried out by Mongol troops entering the Tibetan and Tibetan lamas and curse divisions (including Sodachian himself) from 1240 to the year 1614. Among them, the record of the period of the Cordoba was particularly detailed. The vast majority of historical events in this section are also missing from other Mongolian, Chinese and Tibetan documents. “Back to the History of Mongolia” is a document with high academic value on the relations between Mongolia and Tibet, especially between Mongolia and Tibet at the end of 16th and 17th century. After the Fifth Dalai Lama took power, he publicly announced his dissatisfaction with Sobadah, his closest Guru, and his chief disciple Gong Rixian Pandogi, banning their writings, possession and ritual in Tibet. At present, domestic scholars have studied Sodopa and his works less. This article makes a preliminary study on the related issues of “returning to cover the history of Mongolia”, and aims to introduce “the history of returning to Mongolia” and its related background to domestic academic circles and readers.
