随着国防工业的迅速发展,对军工产品的产量、质量提出了越来越高的要求。因此在热处理生产中仍采用箱式电阻炉或盐浴炉加热及普通油淬火,一方面劳动强度大,生产率低,而更重要的是表面有脱碳氧化存在,不能满足对产品质量的高要求。为此我们在自制的氨分解保护气加热光亮淬火炉上研制了无添加剂的光亮淬火油。 加热时尽管零件有气体保护而不发生氧化或脱碳现象,但在淬入冷却介质时若控制不当
