微米千分尺是利用螺旋副原理,对尺架上两测量面分隔的距离进行读数的外尺寸测量器具,不同于一般的外径千分尺,微米千分尺所采用的是游标读数,其分度值为0.001mm或0.002mm。由于使用和构造的原因,微米千分尺经常出现离线和压线的情况,必须从微米千分尺的内部构造原理进行调整。JJG21-2008《千分尺》检定规程要求压线不大于0.05mm,离线不大于0.1mm。当出现压线和离线情况时,可从如图1所示位置旋开,找到靠近微分筒后端面侧面上的一颗内四角螺钉,用专用扳手拧松该螺钉,
