目的 :研究深圳地区汉族人凝血因子 XIII Val3 4Leu基因多态性特点。方法 :应用 PCR技术结合 Hin6I酶切分析、琼脂糖凝胶电泳 ,研究深圳地区 10 8名汉族人凝血因子 XIII Val3 4Leu基因多态性特点。结果 :深圳地区汉族人等位基因 Val3 4与等位基因L eu3 4的频率分别为 99.0 7%和 0 .93 %。 Val/ Val纯合子、Val/ leu杂合子和 L eu/ L eu纯合子的频率分别为 98.15 % ,1.85 %和 0。结论 :深圳地区汉族人凝血因子 XIII L eu3 4等位基因频率比高加索人群低。
Objective: To study the polymorphism of factor XIII Val3 4Leu in Shenzhen Han population. Methods: PCR-based Hin6I digestion and agarose gel electrophoresis were used to study the polymorphism of coagulation factor XIII Val3 4Leu in 108 Han Chinese population in Shenzhen. Results: The frequencies of allele Val3 4 and allele L eu3 4 in Shenzhen Han were 99.0 7% and 0.93%, respectively. Val / Val homozygotes, Val / leu heterozygotes and L eu / L eu homozygotes had frequencies of 98.15%, 1.85% and 0, respectively. CONCLUSIONS: The frequencies of the clotting factor XIII L eu3 4 allele in Hans in Shenzhen are lower than those in Caucasian.
