使用 Ti粉、C(石墨 )粉和 Ni粉原位反应内生合成的方法 ,成功获得了 Ni基内生 Ti C强化复合激光熔覆层。研究发现 Ti、C含量对涂层中 Ti C的大小和形貌有较大的影响。偏晶反应是内生 Ti C颗粒出现核心的原因。
Ni-based TiC-reinforced composite laser cladding was successfully obtained by in situ synthesis of Ti powder, C (graphite) powder and Ni powder by in-situ reaction. It is found that the contents of Ti and C have a great influence on the size and morphology of TiC in the coating. Crystallographic reactions are the core of endogenous TiC particles.
