为解决绩效工资改革后采供血业务工作与员工积极性之间的矛盾,全面调动各科室的积极性,提高服务水平和服务质量,满足临床用血需求和保障血液质量。必须建立一套绩效考核评价方案,强调量化管理与综合目标管理相结合,注重工作过程的考核,并通过上级核定的绩效工资总量结合业务工作发展变化进行修正。结果采血部门工作人员的积极性和主动性明显提高,街头献血比例不断上升。
In order to solve the contradiction between the work of collecting and supplying blood business and the enthusiasm of employees after the reform of performance salary, we should arouse the enthusiasm of all departments and improve the service level and service quality to meet the needs of clinical blood supply and ensure the blood quality. It is necessary to set up a performance appraisal and evaluation plan, emphasizing the combination of quantitative management and comprehensive management of objectives, paying attention to the assessment of the work process, and correcting the changes in business work through changes in the total performance pay approved by superiors.
