目的:研究杜鹃兰假鳞茎的化学成分。方法:利用正相硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20、反相制备液相色谱等方法进行分离纯化,并通过1H-NMR、13C-NMR等波谱技术进行结构鉴定。结果:从杜鹃兰假鳞茎的乙酸乙酯部位中分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为:shancigusinⅠ(Ⅰ)、4-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl cinnamate(Ⅱ)、bulbocodin D(Ⅲ)、blestriarene A(Ⅳ)、7-羟基-2,4-二甲氧基菲(Ⅴ)、coelonin(Ⅵ)、militarine(Ⅶ)、天麻苷(Ⅷ)、3-羟基苯丙酸(Ⅸ)、肉桂酸(Ⅹ)。结论:其中,化合物Ⅰ~Ⅲ、Ⅸ、Ⅹ为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of pseudobulb. Methods: The constituents were isolated and purified by normal phase silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 and reversed-phase preparative liquid chromatography. Their structures were identified by 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR spectroscopy. RESULTS: Ten compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate fraction of pseudobulb were collected and identified as shancigusin Ⅰ, 4-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl cinnamate Ⅱ, bulbocodin D Ⅲ and blestriarene A (Ⅳ), 7-hydroxy-2,4-dimethoxy phenanthrene (Ⅴ), coelonin (Ⅵ), militarine (Ⅶ), gastrodin (Ⅷ), 3- hydroxyphenylpropionic acid Ⅹ). Conclusion: Among them, compounds Ⅰ ~ Ⅲ, Ⅸ and Ⅹ were isolated from this plant for the first time.
