1临床资料1．1一般情况本组43例病人均为发病在1个月之内的住院病人，均为首次发病。其中男性29例，女性14例。年龄42～76岁（平均59岁）。安静状态下发病者38例；活动状态下发病者5例。既往有高血压病史务13例；有脑动脉硬化病史者27例；有短暂性脑缺血病史考2例；有高脂血症
1 Clinical data 1.1 General This group of 43 patients were hospitalized patients within 1 month incidence, are the first incidence. There were 29 males and 14 females. Age 42 to 76 years (mean 59 years). In the quiet condition, 38 cases were found; in the active state, 5 cases were found. Previous history of hypertension in 13 cases; history of cerebral arteriosclerosis in 27 cases; a history of transient ischemic attack in 2 cases; with hyperlipidemia
