本文叙述上钢五厂十二车间连续式加热炉通过大修改造,所采取的五项节能措施:减少炉底水管并绝热包扎;利用余热预热空气;炉墙和炉顶覆盖绝热材料;减少炉门并堵塞孔洞和健全计测装置,取得显著效果,热效率由原来30%左右提高到50%左右,重油平均单耗由原来70公斤/吨降低到45公斤/吨。并通过热工测定和热平衡计算对各项节能措施的效益进行分析。
