材质为20CrMnMo的齿轮腹板在渗碳结束后的空冷过程中发生开裂。通过化学成分分析、金相检验、扫描电镜及能谱分析等检测手段对裂纹产生部位进行了检验分析。结果表明:齿轮渗碳处理不当导致渗碳层中形成了粗大的网状碳化物,网状碳化物增加了齿轮脆性开裂的倾向,在热应力的作用下使齿轮腹板发生了开裂。
Cogwheel webs of 20CrMnMo cracked during air cooling after carburizing. Through chemical composition analysis, metallographic examination, scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis and other detection methods to crack the site of occurrence of a test analysis. The results show that the gear carburizing improperly leads to the formation of coarse mesh carbides in the carburized layer, and the reticular carbides increase the tendency of gear brittle cracking, and the gear web cracks under the action of thermal stress.
