采用Inventor三维建模软件建立了某钢厂360 t整体式钢包回转台三维实体模型,并利用ABAQUS有限元软件首次对回转台整体复杂结构进行了静力、动态特性和受包动态过程的全面分析。通过静力有限元计算,得到了钢包回转台在自重和钢包满包载荷作用下的应力和位移分布,进而对结构的强度和刚度进行了分析。通过动力特性分析,得到了回转台的低阶固有频率和模态。通过对钢包回转台受包过程动态仿真分析,得到了回转台的受包冲击系数。计算分析结果为该回转台的设计、改进和最终方案的确定提供了技术指导。
A three-dimensional solid model of a 360 t integrated ladle turret was established with Inventor 3D modeling software. For the first time, the ABAQUS finite element software was used to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the static and dynamic characteristics and the dynamic process of the integrated structure of the turret. . Through the static finite element method, the stress and displacement distribution of the ladle turret under its own weight and the ladle full load are obtained, and the strength and stiffness of the structure are analyzed. Through the analysis of dynamic characteristics, the lower natural frequency and mode of the turntable are obtained. Through the dynamic simulation analysis of the ladle turntable receiving process, the impact coefficient of the turntable is obtained. The results of the calculation and analysis provide technical guidance for the design, improvement and final determination of the rotary table.
