采取单因子控制法,分别选择不同植物生长调节剂及浓度、扦插基质、侧枝年龄、扦插季节等因素进行大头典竹侧枝扦插繁殖试验。试验结果表明:大头典竹侧枝扦插繁殖在夏季(7月),选择2年生侧枝作为扦插穗条,穗条基部用ABT1号生根粉600 mg·L~(-1)溶液浸泡5 min,在黄泥土+泥炭土(1∶1)的混合基质中扦插最为适宜,平均生根率达72.11%。
Single factor control method was used to select different plant growth regulators and concentrations, cutting substrate, collateral age, cutting season and other factors for the test of Datododendron cuttings. The results showed that the lateral shoots of Datododendron were planted in summer (July), two-year-old branches were selected as cutting spikes, the basal part of spikes was soaked with 600 mg · L -1 ABT1 rooting powder for 5 minutes, Soil + peat soil (1: 1) mixed medium in the most appropriate cutting, the average rooting rate of 72.11%.
