本文针对电火花线切割的工艺特征,介绍了线切割数控编程中电极丝的间隙补偿值的计算原则和方法,讨论了穿丝孔的确定和切割路线选择的工艺要点,并就加工前图样的分析、钼丝的考装和调节、工作液的选配、工件的准备、程序的检查与验证等进行了探讨,以满足模具加工的质量要求,提高生产效率。
In this paper, according to the technological characteristics of wire EDM, the paper introduces the calculation principle and method of wire gap compensation value in wire EDM. The key points of wire hole determination and cutting route selection are discussed. Analysis, the installation and adjustment of molybdenum wire, working fluid matching, the preparation of the workpiece, the program inspection and verification were discussed in order to meet the quality requirements of mold processing and improve production efficiency.
