提出了一种基于模具曲率半径的型面轮廓映射网格划分方法,即根据冲压件的型面曲率特征,将其轮廓线映射到初始坯料上,针对不同区域进行局部细化。通过S形轨道件冲压成形过程的有限元仿真,将采用该方法计算的回弹结果和采用自适应网格划分方法计算的回弹结果与实验数据进行比较、分析,证明了该方法的可行性。
A meshing method of profile mapping based on the radius of curvature of the mold is proposed. According to the profile curvature of the stamping part, the outline of the profile mapping is mapped to the initial blank, and the mesh is refined for different regions. Through the finite element simulation of the stamping process of the S-shaped track, the springback results calculated by the method and the springback results calculated by the adaptive meshing method are compared with the experimental data, and the feasibility of the method is proved .
