随着社会经济的快速发展,我国的医疗水平显著提高,同时人们的健康意识和服务意识也大大提高,这对护理人员就提出了更高的要求。高职院校作为培养护理人员的主要平台,在教学的过程中逐渐开始加强英语教学,这样在后期工作的过程中就能够为更多的人提高服务,且服务水平也能够显著增强。但是当前在高职护理英语教学中,由于受到传统教育理念和教学模式的影响,整体的教学效果还有待进一步提高。翻转课堂作为一种新型的教学模式,能够全面的提高学生的综合素质与能力,因此在高职护理英语教学逐渐得到应用。本文主要是对翻转课堂概述以及在高职护理英语教学中对翻转课堂的应用两个方面做出详细的分析和研究,这对提高高职护理英语教学的水平和质量具有重要的作用。
With the rapid development of society and economy, the level of medical care in our country has risen significantly. At the same time, people’s awareness of health and service has been greatly raised. This poses higher requirements for nursing staff. As the main platform for nursing staff, higher vocational colleges gradually start to strengthen English teaching in the process of teaching so that they can provide more services to more people in the later stage of work and the service level can be significantly enhanced. However, in the current teaching of nursing English in higher vocational schools, due to the influence of traditional educational concepts and teaching modes, the overall teaching effect needs to be further improved. Flip classroom as a new type of teaching mode, can comprehensively improve the overall quality and ability of students, so English teaching in vocational nursing gradually be applied. This article mainly analyzes the flip classroom and the application of flipped classroom in the teaching of nursing English in higher vocational education, which plays an important role in improving the level and quality of nursing English teaching in higher vocational schools.
