目的 :观察 7-氯苄基四氢巴马汀 ( 7-chlor-BTHP)对豚鼠心房的作用 ,探讨其抗心律失常的作用机制。方法 :利用豚鼠离体心房标本 ,观察 7 chlor BTHP对豚鼠离体左心房生理特性以及右心房心率的影响。结果 :7 chlor BTHP能明显延长左心房的功能性不应期 ,显著抑制肾上腺素诱发的自律性 ,还能明显增强豚鼠离体左心房的收缩力 ,±dT/dtmax也同时增加 ,且能降低右心房的心率。结论 :7 chlor BTHP的抗心律失常效果与其延长功能性不应期、降低自律性以及减慢心率等作用有关。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of 7-chlorobenzyltetrahydropalmatine (7-chlor-BTHP) on atrial fibrillation in guinea pigs and to explore its anti-arrhythmic mechanism. Methods: The effects of 7 chlor BTHP on left atria physiological properties and right atrium heart rate in guinea pigs were observed using isolated atrial specimens from guinea pigs. Results: 7 chlor BTHP significantly prolonged functional refractory period of left atrium, significantly inhibited the adrenaline-induced self-regulation, and significantly increased contractility of isolated left atrium of guinea pigs. ± dT / dtmax also increased and decreased Right atrial heart rate. Conclusions: The anti-arrhythmic effect of 7 chlor BTHP is related to the prolongation of functional refractory period, decreased self-discipline and heart rate reduction.
